Adult Therapy Services

Life can bring pressures and transitions that feel heavy to carry alone.

Life as an adult can bring pressures and transitions that feel heavy to carry alone. Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, disconnected, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Some may struggle in relationships, at work, or with self-esteem, while others are coping with grief, trauma, or major life changes. Therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and create new ways forward.

Our clinicians draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support clients in building coping skills, developing self-compassion, and fostering healthier relationships. We also integrate arts-based and experiential methods, which can open up new paths for self-expression and insight.

We also recognize and affirm the experiences of neurodivergent adults, including those with Autism, ADHD, learning differences, or sensory processing differences. Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, build on strengths, and explore strategies for navigating environments and expectations that may feel overwhelming or mismatched. Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, centering acceptance, self-understanding, and supports that reflect each person’s unique way of being in the world.
